The Round Up Voices exists to remind our government of a fundamental American truth: IT SERVES THE PEOPLE!

My name is Walt Elliott, and like many Americans, I’ve seen what happens when citizens speak up individually—and are ignored. We are left feeling/knowing our government doesn’t care about our one voice or one vote. Too often, concerns fall into bureaucracy and inaction. So what do we do about that. We have to find a way that multiplies one voice and one vote. That means we have to join up and together STAND UP FOR OUR COUNTRY! We can’t be afraid, when Americans stand together, government listens. That is not opinion—it is proven fact.

Several years ago in Parrish, Florida, a dangerous highway intersection had claimed more than 17 lives over 25 years. Families repeatedly asked for help and were dismissed. Only when a unified, influential voice reached the state did action finally occur—and a traffic light was installed. Tragically, it came too late to save a young mother and her unborn child. Many voices were heard one at a time. They we easy to ignore. But when the President of the Florida Senate contacted them all those voices came together with his and in less than a year the traffic light was put in and operating. It’s located at the intersection of US 301 and County Road 675 in Parrish, Florida. Let Freedom Ring!

The lesson was clear: unity creates accountability.
